Geo Bay Wildlife Rescue operates under its Constitution and is overseen by a Management Committee, which consists of a Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and several Committee Members. The Management Committee is responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient operations of the organisation. The Management Committee is elected at the Annual General Meeting each year. The Management Committee meets regularly and sets the direction for the organisation, monitors activities and ensures appropriate oversight of funds and resources.
We report annually to the Australian Charities and Not For Profits Commission. We are a Deductible Gift Recipient organisation. All donations over $2 are tax deductible. Our ABN is 43845006442.
